This is a short sale :( Now, why would you price this property originally at $799,000 if it was a short sale?? - Doesn't make sense. Short sales are supposed to have teaser low prices to get the offers in and the short sale process started. Hopefully the sellers will figure this out SOON.

This is a cute little section of Marinwood, only a minute from Mary Silveira school. Nice finishes inside and a great backyard. At the right price, this is a great little house!

This house is right on the border of the Eichlers. Great location if you like being right by the tennis courts, creek and all the Marinwood Community Center has to offer. Horrible location if you don't like the sound of car brakes.

Caroline did a great job staging the property - Very retro with a modern twist - But don't let the staging fool you - The house does need to be updated, but at this price what can you expect! The back yard is a bit hard to get to, but once you're there it's nice and sunny / private.
