This is a great house - Nice remodel (except for what appears to be an original kitchen) - Really large home with huge backyard, private and it backs up to Regency Estates - Why didn't it sell?... Bad timing!
Word on the street is the buyers bought one of the estate properties on Blackstone before selling this - I was surprised they didn't make the purchase contingent on them selling this house, but I'm sure they had a good reason for not doing that!
The sellers decided to rent it out for now - Hope the tenants don't trash this great house!
